BeSafe Rate Plus

From today you can book in our facility with BeSafe Rate Plus, the rate with insurance included that protects you and your loved ones from any unforeseen event for a holiday in total serenity and safety.
In addition to offering you peace of mind, BeSafe Rate Plus allows you to cancel your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances and receive a refund within 7 days!
The coverages included in your booking are:
● Health Care
● Coverage of medical and drug expenses
● Refund guarantee for stolen or lost baggage
● Refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in the event of forced cancellation of the stay for the reasons indicated in the Insurance Document*
● Roadside assistance
● Cancellation for any documentable reason
● Reimbursement within 7 days via the Smart Claims platform

SCALAPAY

  1. Use Scalapay for purchases up to € (insert agreed maximum spending limit)
  2. Choose Scalapay at checkout
  3. Create an account in minutes. Scalapay accepts all major credit, debit and prepaid cards from the VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits.
  4. At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged to your card. The next 2 installments will be charged on a monthly basis.
    • First installment: at the time of purchase
    • Second installment: 1 month from the day of purchase
    • Third and final installment: 2 months from the day of purchase.
Scalapay will inform you a few days before the expiry of each installment via SMS and email.
  1. In case of return, the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount relating to the installments already paid.
  2. You must be of legal age
  3. If the automatic payment of the installment is not successful, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment directly from your Scalapay account
  4. If this does not happen, Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:
    • Payment made by due date = no additional costs!
    • Payment made more than 1 day late = up to 6 euros additional costs
    • Payment made more than 1 week late = additional 6 euros (in addition to the first commission, up to a maximum of 12 euros for each payment)
The total cost of the commissions cannot exceed 15% of the value of the loan (second and third installment).
